Recommended dosage:

Drink 1 ampoule (60 ml) before physical performance. On non-training days drink 1 ampoule in the morning.

For optimal benefit you can also divide your daily dosage into two equal servings (1 half of ampoule /30 ml/ in the morning and the second half /30 ml/ 30 minutes prior to exercise).
