Suggested usage
A recommended portion of 3 g (1/2 scoops) is mixed in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. On workout days, eat one serving a day 15 minutes before training.

L-TAURINE
Taurine is an organic chemical compound from the group of amino acids. However, this is not a typical protein amino acid, because there is a difference in its chemical structure (it has a sulphonic group instead of a carboxylic acid).
